ZPiT Ziemi Bolesławieckiej is a representative folk group of Bolesławiec County working at The Folk House GOKiS in Kruszyn. The Ensemble presents a wide programme of polish and balkan folk dances.
"Ziemia Boleslawiecka" has over 100 members divided into 6 age groups. Our main mission is promotion of polish folklore among local society and abroad. We connect generations by having fun with folk culture.

The Folk Song and Dance Ensemble "Ziemia Bolesławiecka" was established in 1976 from Artistic Scouting Team "Andromeda" that was operating in Youth Cultural Center in Bolesławiec.
"Ziemia Bolesławiecka" is one of the oldest folk groups existing in Boleslawiec county. The group has won many awards on national level and has participated in numerous festivals in Poland as well as overseas. Our dance ensemble has performed in former Yougoslavia, USSR, Czechoslovakia, Croatia, Bosnia, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, France, Spain, Germany, Czech Republic and many others.

Annually each group performs from 5 to 30 times during numerous festivals in Poland and overseas. Every year, during the winter break, we organise dance camps, where we improve our dance skills and learn new choreographies.
